In spring 2021, Mitchell Hamline hosted a seven-week leadership series to help its students hone the skills required to be effective lawyers and leaders. Luiza Dreasher was a featured expert in the law school’s inaugural leadership series. Ms. Dreasher did a masterful job of training the law school’s first- and second-career law students on the key leadership skill of multicultural communication. Her analytical expertise, engaging presentation style, and thoughtful facilitation helped prepare our law students to be culturally responsive and globally responsible leaders. We were thrilled to have Ms. Dreasher be part of our leadership series.
